Shepard's Crook offers skilled, certified nursing, physical therapy, speech and occupational therapy, as well as aide care. We cover all areas of illness; cardiac, cancer, diabetes, post surgery, COPD, dysfunctions, injections, IV's and wound care. The home health nurse is there to help the patient control their health problem and recover. All care is provided under direct orders of your physician.
Payment of Home Health Care may be in the form of private pay, insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Medicare payment comes with no co-pay or deductible.
