Questions & Answers
Question
What's wrong with my transmission?
Answer

We will test drive and put your vehicle up on the lift to best decide what may be wrong with the transmission. Sometimes it may work out that there is something very simple, or maybe something else besides the transmission that needs a fix. If the problem is not a transmission related issue we will be happy to recommend an automotive shop that we know and work with.

Question
What’s your premier service?
Answer

Listening to the customers' concerns about their vehicle. Spending the needed amount of time to understand what the problem might be. Trying with the utmost honesty and integrity to help the customer come to a decision of how to fix the problem with their vehicle. Our motto is "Do it right or do it twice". We get a large percentage of customers that come to us because Gene has taken the time and effort to talk & listen to them.

Question
What do customers need the most help with?
Answer

With discussing and giving them options on which way to approach what is wrong with their vehicle. Gene can calm their fears with something as simple as a service, or help them with understanding why their transmission is not working properly and fixing their transmission

Question
What’s your busiest time of year?
Answer

We're busy year round, but the winter snow and the heat of the summer sure bring a lot of transmission troubles.

Question

What will it cost to diagnose my transmission problem?

Answer

For a basic diagnosis, without any charge, we ask you to leave your car in the evening so we can properly check for the problem while the car is cold and hot the next day. That way we can have a better feel of what the problem might entail with no charge to that point. Then we can discuss where we need to go from there and the cost of the repairs.
