Everyone could use a little more of a break on his or her taxes. Tisdale siding carries a selection of windows that are a part of an energy efficient tax credit for 2010. Here’s some information on how it works.

If you purchase and install new qualifying windows on an existing residency during 2010, you are able to file for the tax credit at the end of the year. There is no income limit to this break. You will receive 30 percent of the cost up to $1,500. The credit does not include tax or labor costs.

In order to use this break, the windows you choose must have a .3 U and SHGC rating.
