Kids, Incorporated is the leading authority for youth sports in the Texas Panhandle. Founded by Cal Farley in 1945, Kids, Incorporated provides sporting opportunities for boys and girls ages 4 and up. Sports programs include tackle football, soccer (indoor and outdoor), basketball, volleyball, flag football (indoor and outdoor), track, t-ball, coach-pitch and cheerleading. There are also indoor soccer leagues available for adults year-round.

He is from Tulia, Texas, and graduated from Tulia High School. He also attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon.
