Friday, March 01, 2013  UPDATE: The structure fire in the 600 block of south Lake Street was ruled as an arson by the Amarillo Fire Department. Three juvenile suspects were detained in connection with the fire and two seperate dumpster fires. The juvenile suspects have been placed in custody at the Youth Center of the High Plains.
