Sunday afternoon at approximately 4:21 p.m. a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper noticed a suspicious person at a truck stop while fueling his patrol car. The trooper made contact with the person who was driving a Dodge pickup and towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
