AMARILLO,TEXAS -- The Texas State Leadership Conference in Houston was attended by eight Randall High School students two weeks ago.
Senior Keaton Luth took the Kaiser Permanente Healthcare Issue Exam and scored high enough to qualify for the National Competition in Orlando this summer.
