AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Downtown Amarillo Incorporated is holding a public meeting this week to unveil it's plans for revitalizing the city's downtown area.

The meeting will take place at the Business and Industry Center building at 1314 South Polk and the D.A.I. board is asking for your input.

You can go to their website, downtownamarillo.com and fill out questions to be answered by DAI members after they unveil their plans for the city, or you can fill out that same questionnaire and ask the questions yourself at the meeting.

"This is just a comprehensive plan to get people thinking about what we could do in that area and we also want to talk about the things downtown and answer any questions or any comments on any of the the other things going on downtown and the work we're trying to do," said DAI spokesperson, Melissa Dailey.

That meeting begins at 6:00 at Amarillo College's south campus at 13th and Polk.
