Out and about this next week, the Texas Department of Transportation says motorists can expect delays throughout Amarillo because of construction projects.
Paul Braun, TxDOT spokesman, said all projects are subject to change because of the weather, emergency work and other unexpected events.
-- On IH-40, expect lane closures in both directions from Loop 335 (Soncy) to the Oldham County line for crossing work.
-- On the US 287 frontage roads, expect lane closures in both directions from 11th Street to Loop 335 (St. Francis) for crack sealing.
