AMARILLO, TEXAS -- cUpon arrival officers were informed by construction workers that they had seen a man stealing things from the building and loading them into a pickup.
Officers found the suspects pickup in the alley behind 3009 "B" Curtis.
Inside the bed of the truck, officers found steel railing and copper pipe.
John Patrick Boehm, 42 was in the pickup at the time and officers arrests Boehm and booked him into the Randall County Jail for burglary of a building.
Officers also found Brent Joseph Perkins, 24, and Rachell Lynn Daniels, 26, near the pickup involved in the burglary.
Daniels had keys to a GMC vehicle with, upon further investigation, officers learned that they belonged to a red GMC that had been stolen the day before. The vehicle was recovered a block away in the 2700 block of Duncan.
Daniels was arrested and booked into the Randall County Jail for theft.
Perkins was arrested on narcotics charges when officers searched him and found methamphetamines, prescription pills and narcotic paraphernalia. He was booked into the Randall County Jail.
Officers also searched the home at 3009 "B" Curtis after obtaining a search warrant and found four adults inside the house. Two of the four were released without charges.
Holly Kellene McClanahan, 46 was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Toni Lynn Solomon, 50, was arrested for a traffic warrant.
