Walk through time at the Amarillo Historical Museum. It recently opened and is located inside the old Wilson School at 211 SE 17th Street, Room 217. It features historical items from early Amarillo to present.
The Panhandle Plains Historical Museum's latest exhibit is all about the wild and wacky weather of the panhandle. Find out admission and hours at panhandleplains.org.

Practicing Parent, Jayme, recommends heading outdoors to "park hop." She says her family went to five different parks around town in one day!
Practicing Parent, Jodi, and her twin sons enjoyed Monday at the Amarillo Zoo. "The animals were active and seemed happy about the sunshine," Jodi said.
