Good morning everybody! Today the studio lights shone bright as camera man Eric and I were live from Amarillo Little Theatre, talking acting, Zumba and more.
Amarillo Little Theatre opened it's stage 85 years ago, so go out and wish them a happy birthday! While you're there, might as well register your kiddos for a class or two. Class registration starts today at 10:00 AM and goes till 5.
Classes range from dramatic acting 101, to hip hop. How does one learn to 'hip hop'? Only one way to find out.
The place is reportedly haunted, but not too worry...the ghost is nice.
Amarillo Little Theatre puts many productions on yearly, and anyone is invited to try out. This years plays include 'Les Miserables', one of the longest running musicals of all time, which has also been adapted into a live action movie coming out later this year.
My play 'Fried Chicken...and Other Fried Things" isn't done yet, and ALT (or any other theatre for that matter) has no plans to pick it up...yet. In fact, time I go work on that, good Monday morning to ya!
Up and Out.
