AMARILLO, TX -- What's for Dinner? What a dilemma! I get a headache every night during the 6pm newscast trying to plan dinner during a commercial break. Now that I have a child, mommy guilt has settled in and I feel like I need a legitimate meal to serve. In fact, Practicing Parents I spoke with say their biggest headache with mealtime is trying to figure out WHAT to serve.

In my quest to banish take-out all the time, I turned to Facebook and asked "when tight on time, what is your turn to meal?" I received so many great ideas from so many Facebook friends, 40 of them! Head to my Facebook page - Pronews 7's Lisa Schmidt - to check them out.

Bon appetit!
