1 hour, 9 minutes ago  36-year-old Ruben Jose Perez was arrested Monday in Lubbock for a forgery warrant and failure to identify. Perez was booked into Lubbock County Jail.

2 hours, 28 minutes ago  Sunday afternoon at approximately 4:21 p.m. a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper noticed a suspicious person at a truck stop while fueling his patrol car. The trooper made contact with the person who was driving a Dodge pickup and towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
