Wednesday, March 06, 2013  UPDATE: The victim of the shooting has been identified as 28-year-old Vionna Taiann Taupule. Taupule is expected to a make a full recovery and her injuries are not life threatening. Brandon Allen Stallings is the man who shot Taupule as is believed to be her ex-boyfriend. APD is still investigating the shooting and no formal charges have been filed at this time.
