March 8, 2013 through March 17, 2013 the Texas Department of Public Safety will increase DWI patrols for the Spring Break period. These patrols will focus on high-risk areas where alcohol related wrecks are the most frequent. The increased patrols to target intoxicated drivers are funded through a DPS grant
