CLOVIS, NEW MEXICO (AP) -- CLOVIS, N.M. (AP) - Vandalism has pushed back the opening date of a cosmetics plant in Clovis.

Drew Martin is the director of operations for Beauty Health and Science Innovations. He tells the Clovis News Journal that the building had been stripped of copper wire in its electrical system.

Martin says the company now is focused on complying with building codes.

The plant is expected to be fully operational in the next 60 days, hiring up to 150 employees within a year and possibly more down the road.
