One man is in critical condition after a severe beating over the weekend.

Gerardo Dominguez, 17, of Pampa was arrested by Gray County deputies early Saturday morning for aggravated assault.

Deputies said Dominguez allegedly beat the victim at a party Friday night.

The victim remains in an area hospital in critical condition.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
