CLOVIS -- The Clovis Police Department and 9th judicial District Attorney Office is requesting that anyone with information on the whereabouts of Noe Torres, 27 years of age, call the Curry County Crime Stoppers at (505) 763-7000.
Current information is that Noe Torres is in the Clovis, New Mexico area, but has ties in Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas as well as Albuquerque, NM.
A murder warrant has been issued for Torres in connection to the September 15, 2005 shooting death of ten year old Carlos Perez.
Callers can remain anonymous and can earn up to $1000 if their information leads to an arrest or conviction.
Magistrate Judge Richard Hollis issued an arrest warrant for Noe Torres, 27 years of age, for an Open Count of Murder, Attempt to Commit a Felony, to Wit Murder, and Shooting at a Dwelling. Investigators have not located Torres.
Torres is described as a Hispanic male, 5'04" tall, weighting 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Torres has tattoos on his stomach, back, neck and chest. The most prominent tattoo being of an eagle across his chest.
