AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Police captured a fugitive that Amarillo Crime Stoppers was on the lookout for. Members of the Amarillo Police Department's COPPS unit captured Robert Soria who was wanted for a Parole Violation-Possession of Controlled Substance. Soria was captured after a short foot chase this weekend.
