AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Attention shoppers! With school right around the corner, it's time to get your list ready and gear up for the big tax free weekend a few days from now.
This year, Westgate Mall is extending their hours. Friday and Saturday they'll be open 10a.m. to 10p.m., then Sunday 12 p.m. to 7p.m. giving you an extra hour to shop until you drop.
New this year at Center Court is a Kids World, a great chance for your kids to learn safety while your getting them ready for school.
"The Amarillo Fire Department will be out with a Fire Safety House. The APD will be handing out ID cards, and the Texas Poison Control Center will also hand out info on poison control," said Kari Holman from the Westgate Mall.
