Two men were arrested in connection with several fires in the Puckett and Sleepy Hollow neighborhoods last week.
19-year-old Justin Michael Flores and 20-year-old Matthew Alan Scruggs were booked into the Randall County Jail on a charge of Arson with Reckless Damage, which is a state jail felony. Those fires are still under investigation, and more charges could be filed at a later date.
