Yet again, Amarillo has the most expensive gas in the Lonestar State, according to AAA.
The weekly survey released Thursday reports retail gas prices in Texas went up just a penny in the last week. As a nation, gasoline prices went up five cents to reach $3.63.
Amarillo's average was clocked in at $3.57 putting the city at the highest rate in Texas. The least expensive gas was reported in Houston and Galveston at $3.43 per gallon.
