CANYON, TEXAS -- Police at West Texas A&M University continue to search for the man they say grabbed a female student and restrained her in a parking lot early Sunday morning.
The incident happened in a parking area in the 2600 block of Russell Long Boulevard at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
University Police (UPD) said an adult female student was grabbed from behind and restrained momentarily. The woman immediately called UPD and officers responded immediately. A suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as a taller make, possibly Caucasian and wearing a grey or light colored hoodie.
