AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Two men have now been indicted by a Randall County Grand Jury for tampering with evidence by moving a dead body.
Police said the body of Clay Peterson, 37, was found last November in a ditch on Smelter Road.
Special Crimes said it believed Peterson's body had been moved from the 4900 block of Princeton to the location of discovery.
Phillip Schindler and William Doan are now indicted on the charged of tampering with evidence.
