EL RENO, Okla. (AP) - The widow of a slain fire chief pleaded not guilty yesterday to a first-degree murder charge in the death of her husband. Rebecca Bryan was formally arraigned yesterday after prosecutors accused of her killing Nichols Hills Fire Chief Keith Bryan in September. She initially told police that her husband was shot by an intruder.
WASHINGTON (AP) - Oklahoma oil billionaire Harold Hamm gave almost $1 million to a group supporting Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney weeks after he became Romney's top energy adviser in March. Hamm gave $985,000 to a pro-Romney super PAC.
