JONES, Okla. (AP) - The U.S. Geological Survey has recorded two small earthquakes in Oklahoma.

The survey reports a 3.3 magnitude earthquake struck near Jones at 1:21 a.m. Wednesday. The epicenter is about 15 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.

The second quake - measured at magnitude 2.8 - was recorded 15 minutes later near Paden in Okfuskee County.

Both the Oklahoma County and the Okfuskee County sheriff's offices say there are no reports of injury or damage.

Geologists say earthquakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest felt by humans.
