Two injuried in Coulter intersection crash

A Friday early morning two-car traffic accident sent one with life-threatening injuries and others with non-threatening injuries to the hospital, said police.

About 4 a.m., police were called to an accident at 34th Avenue and South Coulter Road. Investigators found a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser struck a 2004 Ford Crown Victoria.

Drivers of both vehicles were uninjured. Investigators say alcohol is a factor in the crash.

The driver of the Toyota, Jacob William Lee, 19, was booked into the Randall County Sheriff's Office Jail for two counts of Intoxicated Assault.

The driver of the Ford, Alexander Eisenman, WM, 40 was uninjured. Jared Cook, 29, a passenger was taken to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.

The intersection was entirely or partially blocked until the scene was cleared away by 7:30 am.

Police are still investigating of other facts of motor accident.
