A Fritch man was killed when the vehicle he was driving swerved cross both lanes and rolled multiple times.
Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers were called to the scene at 1 a.m.
Calvin was driving a 1995 Ford F-150, northbound on 136 near mile marker 110, when it swerved to the right then back to the left. according to DPS.
DPS said the vehicle crossed lanes into the ditch where it rolled multiple times landing on its wheels.
Timothy Joel Calvin, 53, of Fritch was pronounced dead at the scene by Potter County Justice of the Peace, Gary Jackson.
Jeffory Purdy, 15, of Fritch received minor injuries and was airlifted to Northwest Texas Hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation. Both occupants of the vehicle were wearing seatbelts when the accident occurred, DPS said.
