OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police say one woman died and two people were hurt during an overnight shooting in northeast Oklahoma City. Witnesses say as many as 20 shots were fired into the home last night when a gunman walked up to the house and opened fire.

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) - A jury deadlocked in the trial of a Dewey woman who's accused of neglecting her toddler. Danielle Connor was charged after her 16-month-old received second- and third-degree burns after being left alone in a bathtub. Her lawyer says the incident was an accident.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma Election Board won't let a group place the names of Libertarian presidential and vice presidential candidates on Oklahoma's November ballot. The Americans Elect party selected Gary Johnson as its nominee for president and James Gray for vice president.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma Christian University is getting a $1 million donation from a Texas couple. The money from Jill and Cary Brown will be used to renovate part of Benson Hall. Jill Brown's father was the school's president from 1974 until 1996.
