OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Eleven counties in northeast Oklahoma are under a severe thunderstorm watch. The National Weather Service says the watch will be in effect until 10 tonight. The counties are: Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington.
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a lawsuit against a Tulsa hospital. Surgeon George Cohlmia sued St. John Medical Center after the hospital suspended his medical privileges following a pair of surgeries in June 2003. A patient died a week after one of surgeries.
PAULS VALLEY, Okla. (AP) - A Garvin County special judge has delayed a hearing for a man accused of killing and dismembering his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend last month. Justin Hammer was due in court today, but the hearing got pushed back to November 2nd. Hammer has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A Guthrie man has filed an antitrust lawsuit against several travel websites. Nathan Walker says the companies are conspiring to fix prices on hotel rooms. The sites include Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, Priceline and Hotels.com. At least two similar lawsuits have been filed nationwide.
