For almost the last 25 years, we've brought you the Waiting Child on Tuesday nights, resulting in hundreds of matches between big and little brothers and sisters.
To ensure that all the "littles" are seen, we're going to begin recapping the most recent stories, highlighting the young men and women who are still waiting.
Eight-year old twin brothers, Jamar and Lamar. Jamar sais he was lucky to have a brother he liked to be around but still needed a big brother. He spends his extra time playing video games and karate.
"I'm a yellow belt. in Karate?"
Lamar also is a huge fan of video games and hanging out with his own brother, but has some ideas about plans with a Big.
"Play video games together and play football."
And he has a unique concept of how bigs and little can help each other.
"If he needs help, I'll help him.
"What if you need help?"
"He'll help me."
All three of these young men are in need of that special volunteer to come forward...until that happens...these little brothers will be waiting.
