AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized from an unlikely place late last week, police said
According to the Randall County Sheriff's Office, "Sunny Days," a snow cone stand affiliated with Fuzzy Butts Liquor, was served a search warrant on Friday afternoon. The stand was located at 920 East FM 1151.
Authorities said they were told that synthetic marijuana was being sold out of the snow cone stand.
Inside, officers said they found drug paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana packaged for sale. The paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana was seized along with the portable snow cone stand. The stand was seized as evidence, police said.
No arrests were made and the case will be presented to the District Attorney's office, police said.
