HOUSTON (AP) - A now 8-year-old boy snatched from his home as an infant is expected to move into a new home with his four siblings.

Miguel Morin is to go live with Juanita and Joseph Aguillard on Friday after a judge granted them custody. The couple also has custody of Morin's four siblings. Miguel has visited them, and celebrated Christmas with them.

Miguel has been in foster care since authorities found him in Houston in March. Miguel's former baby sitter, Krystle Tanner, and her mother, Gloria Walker, have been charged with kidnapping and injury to a child in his 2004 disappearance. They have pleaded not guilty and remain in jail.

Morin and his biological parents have been undergoing therapy. They hope to share custody of him with the Aguillards in the future.
