Pah Pnah has been charged with 4 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault by the 47th District Attorney's Office.
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- On Friday Jan. 25, 2013 Amarillo Police were informed that a female child had told a member of school staff that she had been sexually assaulted earlier that day in her home.
According to a news release from APD, the young female victim told the staff member that an adult male had climbed into bed with her and engaged in sexual activity. She told the staff member that she knew the man who did this.
Later that afternoon, police located the suspect in the 2400 block of Amarillo Boulevard East. Police took him in for questioning.
Pah Pnah, 22, was later arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child and booked into the Potter County Detention Center.
On Jan. 30, 3013, the 47th District Attorney's Office charged Pnah with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a minor.
