AMARILLO, TEXAS (AP) -- Texas millionaire Stanley Marsh 3, along with relatives, and an associate, have settled 10 lawsuits filed by 10 unnamed teenagers who claim Marsh 3 paid them for sex acts.

In a prepared statement released on Saturday, Plaintiff's Attorney Anthony Buzbee said the teenagers and Marsh 3 have resolved their differences and that no side will have further comments.

The 75-year-old Marsh 3 also faces 11 criminal charges filed by a special prosecutor. The charges accuse the millionaire of having performed sexual acts with two teenage boys in 2010. Marsh surrendered to authorities in November and is free on a $300,000 bond.

Marsh 3 is best known for planting 10 Cadillacs nose-down along Interstate 40 as an art exhibit that people can paint on.
