OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The Oklahoma State Board of Equalization is scheduled to determine exactly how much the Legislature has to spend for the coming fiscal year.

The board headed by Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin is scheduled to meet Tuesday to make the final certification on the money available for appropriation on the fiscal year that begins July 1.

The board met in December and certified about $7 billion in revenue, which was about $214 million more than lawmakers spent last year. That amount was roughly what the governor's office used to craft its executive budget.

The final amount certified on Tuesday will determine exactly how much lawmakers will have to appropriate to various state agencies this year.
