AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Amarillo Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in locating this week's Fugitive of the Week: Show Monroe Rains.
Rains has a Pardon and Parole warrant for Possesion of a firearm by a felon, a violation of his parole, according to a news release from the Amarillo Police Department.

Every tip submission remains anonymous. Keep in mind if your tip leads to an arrest, you could receive a cash reward up to $300.
