AMARILLO, TEXAS -- If you have gotten an e-mail lately that talks about "Senate Bill 2099" and how you are going to have to register your guns with the IRS and pay an extra tax--don't worry, that e-mail is totally false.

We looked into it, and HB 2099 does not even exist.

But there is House Resolution 45 which, if passed into law, would put restrictions on the sale and transfer of guns and create a licensing system for people who own guns.

HR 45 is currently in the Judiciary Committee and one gun owner does not think it will go into law.

We talked to Congressman Mac Thornberry who says he strongly opposes the resolution.

These "elected" officials keep forgetting who they work for, THE PEOPLE, not lobbiests, not themselves but the plain ,hard working Americans that are taxed to death, without decent healthcare, spraping by so these officials can live like Kings. Vote. Vote. Vote get these jokers out of the cushy jobs that half don't even bother to show up to their elected jobs. Let's ship their jobs overseas and see how they like it. But let's keep our guns. Without them we are peasants and only government and criminals have guns. Sometimes those two things are not that far apart.

Wake up, wake up or lose your rights

I do not understand why we the 'People', 2nd Amendment groups, gun owners and conservatives have not tested our elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit, State or Federal on the political manipulation of language, by obfuscation when bringing forth bills into the house or senate that will be repugnant to the Constitution.

I do not understand why a Constitutional requirement is being completely ignored. Each and every elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit, State or Federal must take the Constitutional requirement before entering the Office in which they have been elected or appointed, civil and uniform service. The Constitutional requirement in Article 6; Section 3: The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust, under the United States.

The federal statute requirement in section 3331(a) of title 5, United States Code: Oath of office Statute:
An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: ''I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.'' This section does not affect other oaths required by Law.

In all States Constitutions, there is the oath requirement and States statute or law on the ‘Lawful Oath’.

What does that mean? That means they are bound to support and defend the Constitution and the Preamble to the Bill of Rights.

On 8 June, 21 July, 13, to 18-19 Aug. 1789 [8 June]

Mr. Madison rose, and reminded the House that this was the day that he had heretofore named for bringing forward amendments to the Constitution, as contemplated in the fifth article of the Constitution, addressing the Speaker as follows: This day, Mr. Speaker, is the day assigned for taking into consideration the subject of amendments to the Constitution. As I considered myself bound in honor and in duty to do what I have done on this subject, I shall proceed to bring the amendments before you as soon as possible, and advocate them until they shall be finally adopted or rejected by a Constitutional majority of this House. With a view of drawing your attention to this important object, I shall move that this House do now resolve itself into a Committee of the Whole on the state of the Union; by which an opportunity will be given, to bring forward some propositions, which I have strong hopes will meet with the unanimous approbation of this House, after the fullest discussion and most serious regard. I therefore move you, that the House now go into a committee on this business.

The Amendments to the Constitution and Bill of Rights passed and became law in 1889.

Preamble:
Congress OF THE United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.

Did you understand the Preamble? In order to prevent 'misconstruction' or 'abuse' of its powers, as by the Constitutional requirement, they are 'BOUND' and are 'SWORN’ to “support" and "defend" the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights and the Preamble to the Bill of Rights. The answer to holding government from passing any repugnant bill(s) by the political manipulation of language by obfuscation is in the Oath test. This would also include uniform officer such as the police, state government and Judicial Officers for enforcing obfuscated laws. Wake up America and use your ‘People’ powers to keep government from misconstruction or abuse of its powers.

Constitutional Law – is Americans supreme Law of the Land to Rule their Government and it is the Citizenry that is obligated to enforce that Law on government. The People (Citizenry), not God, or God forbid not government itself, that is/are obligated to enforce the Oath of Office on government Officials. Constitutional Law is the People’s only legitimate “Will” for government Officials to obey in their official acts. The Constitution’s Oath of Office is the only Law of the Constitution that the People can forcibly enforce and the vehicle of forcible enforcement is the Ballot Box. The People are the Boss of government only as to who is hired (elected) via the ballot box – in other words the People are the Boss only of the Ballot box and not actually the Boss of any government personnel. Otherwise the people have no say as to what government, or Officials, do or does. My best defense of that latter statement is the fact that the People have no means or method to amend, much less change, the Constitution.

Legislative law – is government laws to authorize and fund government operations and government enforces its laws with police and courts. However, Constitutionally government cannot punish any person without the consent of two Citizen juries. Citizens as Jurors are not obligated to enforce government legislation on each other, nor even enforce Constitution Amendments. The constitution and Amendments are not about the People but about government and its powers.

My name is Gary De Capua and founder of the Civil Rights Task Force in Nevada. It is a fact that little is known about the Office of Public Trust: The Oath of Office. On my web site it explains the relevant issues of why it is needed to make the Oath of Office a relevant issue. The Constitution requirement of Article 6; Section 3 is inherently Supreme in nature which makes it a very powerful tool. Operation Link Up and why it is very important that we link up all patriot groups and concern citizens to inform them that when our elected officials take the Oath of Office, they have sworn to and are bound to protect and defend the Constitution, they have attested their names to that very “Oath” and that it is their first line of duty, to protect and defend the Bill of Rights.

Did you know that the biggest crime committed today against the Constitution and the inalienable rights of the people of the United States of America: Is from our government’s violation of The Oath of Office?) An oath of office is an oath or affirmation a person takes before undertaking the duties of an office, usually a position in government. Such oaths are often required by the laws of the state, before the person may actually exercise the powers of the office they have been elected, or appointed.

The enemy within government is more of a threat than any terrorist organization or
Foreign nation. Treason is as subtle as public officials refusing to support and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights by violating the contract, by which all government officials, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation.
Our mission is simple; we must stand together as concerned citizens on a Constitutional requirement, willing to defend those inalienable and Natural rights which are guaranteed by the Constitution, to hold all federal, state officers, city and county officers that swear to an oath of office and bound to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and their State Constitution and the laws, accountable for malfeasance or overstepping their limited powers not granted.
Liberty: The final boundary, these are the journeys of the Bill of Rights Task Force. Its mission, to explore misconstruction or abuse of powers, to seek out new interest and new inhabitants, to boldly go where no decree has gone before.

Gun Control

What has happened to America? Land of the free, home of the Brave? Why is the government changing our rights from our forefathers? I believe in our rights to own guns to hunt and protect. I do not believe in killing anyone.
But if this happens then what I was told years ago will be predicted true. Only the out laws will have guns.
Do not allow our rights to be taken from us Americans.
Our Country is changing and we the people are allowing it to happen why?

Not my hobby

Just a note to the gun shop owner in the news piece, owning a gun is NOT MY HOBBY, it is my right. And our defense from a tyrannical government.
