AMARILLO,TEXAS -- BSA Hospital hosted four star General Tommy Franks Thursday night for their 14th Annual Lyceum Fundraiser.
General Franks grew up in Midland and joined the army in 1967. He served in Vietnam, West Germany, Korea, and the Middle East.
Pronews 7 sat down with General Franks who said he wanted to relate what he learned about collaboration in the military to cooperating in all aspects of life.
General Franks earned six awards for valor and three purple hearts.
