AMARILLO, TEXAS -- Good news for Bell Helicopter here in Amarillo, the plant is getting some additional funding to help with Block C upgrade of 91 MV-22 and 21 CV-22 aircraft.

The Bell Boeing is being awarded $105,417,721 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-fee multi-year contract for its efforts associated with that upgrade.

Five percent of the work to be done on the aircraft will be done right here in Amarillo. The work is expected to be finished in October of 2014.
