Troopers arrived on scene and began their crash investigation on a 2003 Lincoln SUV.

While Troopers were gathering witness statements they were told that the woman in the vehicle had thrown a green bag over a fence after the crash.

Troopers found the bag and discovered 10 grams of methamphetamine, 3.3 grams of cocaine and 11 lbs of marijuana in the bag.

The passenger Marquisa Lavette Smith and the driver David Wayne Morris of Highland California were traveling from California to Arkansas.
