Vehicle likely skidded on icy roads
CORONA, N.M. -- Two are confirmed dead and at least 50 are injured after a tour bus crash in New Mexico Saturday.
Officials say the driver lost control of the bus before it veered into a median and flipped.
Terrance County Sheriff Clarence Gibson said the bus was traveling north on US 54 when it most likely skidded on the icy roads.
Gibson said that many of those who were injured in this wreck have been released from the hospital. None who were injured remain in critical condition.
The bus was traveling from El Paso, Texas, to Aurora, Colo.
