TULSA (AP) -- A man wanted for murder in the April 2007 killing of a Tulsa pawn shop clerk has been extradited to the city from Texas where he was arrested.
Marquaillo Holbert - who turns 18 Friday - is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Cody Holmes at EZ Pawn on April 6, 2007.
Holbert is being held without bond.
Holbert is the second suspect arrested in the case.
Police arrested 25-year-old Marcel Frazier four days after the killing and he remains in the jail without bond on a first-degree murder charge.
