BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — Only minor injuries are reported from the Friday morning collision of a charter bus and a tractor-trailer rig on Interstate 10 westbound near Winnie in Southeast Texas.
However, the Texas Department of Public Safety says a motorist was critically injured when his pickup truck smashed into another truck from behind.
The DPS says the driver of the lead truck had stopped and gotten out to help direct traffic around the first crash. That driver wasn't hurt.
