Police need your help to locate this man
AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo Police Department is asking for your help finding this weeks "Fugitive of the Week."
They are looking for 42-year-old Norman Joseph Vinning, he is wanted out of Potter County for robbery. Vinning is described as 6'0" tall, weighs about 185 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. If you know where he could be, you are asked to call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 374-4400.
Remember, if your information leads to an arrest in the case, you could given cold-hard cash.
