Speech will air on cable channel 6
CLOVIS, N.M. -- If you live in Clovis, your mayor will deliver a state of the city address tomorrow.
Mayor Gayla Brumfield will give the update from the north annex of the Clovis-Carver Library, the speech will start at 2:00. This is the mayor's first state of the city report since taking office, she is expected to talk about the changes she has seen and the future of the city.
