No ticket matched the winning numbers
ATLANTA (AP) -- There has been another rollover in the jackpot for the multistate Mega Millions lottery - to $54 million.
The rollover occurred because no player matched all the winning numbers from Tuesday night's $43 million drawing.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be Friday night.
Although there was no grand prize winner, four players won second prizes of $250,000 apiece. None of those tickets were sold in Illinois. Another 24 players, five of whom purchased their tickets in Illinois, won third prizes of $10,000 apiece.
The winning numbers from Tuesday night's drawing were: 14, 39, 47, 48 and 53. The Mega Ball number was 29.
