AMARILLO, TEXAS -- The Amarillo Police Department was called Market Street United just after 5:00 this morning on a report of a robbery.

Officers say that a suspect entered the store and went into the manager's office. The suspect threatened two store employees with a gun, forcing one of them to the ground and ordered the other to get him some cash. The employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. As the suspect was leaving the store, he was confronted by three other employees of the store who subdued him until police officers could get to the scene. The investigation found that the gun the suspect had was a BB gun that looked like a real pistol. 23-year-old Victor Perez, of Amarillo, was arrested for aggravated robbery and booked into the Potter County Jail.

Police say that nobody was hurt in the incident and the money was recovered.
