CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) - Rogers County authorities say a man charged with drunken driving showed up in court so drunk he had to be hospitalized.
Sheriff's deputies took James Lee to a Claremore hospital and say his blood alcohol level measured .31 - nearly four times the amount considered legally drunk.
Lee has previous convictions for public drunkenness, driving with an open container and driving with a suspended license.
Deputies say he'll be arrested on a public drunk complaint when he's released from the hospital.
